As the new senior HR Operations Associate you will realize the growth ambitions of Genmab by supporting developing HR operation processes. You are responsible for Human Resource administration activities for the Dutch sites. In this role you work closely with two colleagues HR operations associates and your key expertise area will be payroll including remote workers in different countries. You will report directly to the Country HR Lead. 

  • Responsible for processing and deliver an accurate and correct monthly payroll by preparing payroll data for monthly entry in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to employee and managers regarding local HR policies, HR life cycle processes and Workday system questions or issues.
  • Completing pre on-boarding and off-boarding activities in ADP payroll system.

Over je profiel

It challenges you to work in a fast paced growing company (in which a lot of new products will be launched), prioritise workloads and manage multiple requests and relationships internally and externally. You are someone who works with pleasure and efficiency. This means you can say you have strong administrative skills, eye for details, can easily prioritise and can handle many tasks simultaneously. You are a true team player. 

Furthermore, you have:

  • A degree within HR or related field.
  • 3-5 years professional experience in HR administration.
  • At least 1-2 years professional experience in payroll.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch labor law, knowledge of migrant regulation (IND) and payroll (30% ruling).
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English both orally and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and preferably you have experience using Workday, Excel & Cobra is preferred.
  • The new HR operational specialist is service minded, structured, flexible (not a 9-5 mentality) an attentive listener, has a strong customer service orientation and embraces changes. 

Over het aanbod

Next to a competitive salary (salary range € 42.500 - € 57.500 per year, salary is for 12,96 months, including a 8% holiday allowance), Genmab offers you:

  • A modern office located in the Science Park in Utrecht
  • An employment agreement contract for one year (with intention of indefinite term), with a working week of 40 hours (32 to be discussed).
  • Hybrid working (60% at the office, 40% at home)
  • A bonus of 10%, equity 16%, 26 holidays and a ABP pension plan (2/3 of the total premium is paid by Genmab).
  • A travel allowance (full reimbursement of commuting costs), collective health insurance, a laptop and Iphone.
