We are looking for a service-oriented HR-manager who is responsible for the total personnel policy within GI Dynamics.

Wat ga je doen?

As HR-manager:

  • You will be involved in attracting staff and developing the organization also for the new production facilities.
  • Translate the company's strategy into the necessary personnel developments.
  • You act as a contact point for knowledge questions within the organization in the HR field and set up periodic overviews/reports.
  • Keep you busy with the changes regarding employees and take care of the payroll administration. Of course, you are also responsible for the correspondence that accompanies this.
  • It Is your job to keep the personnel information system up-to-date and you are the first point of contact for all sorts of questions regarding the labor regulations of the employees.
  • Correspond in alignment with colleagues within GI Dynamics with candidates about the progress of their application, set up your contracts, take care for all necessary steps with the IND and tax authorities regarding knowledge workers from abroad, expats, create reports and manage the digital personnel files.
  • You are responsible for maintaining all company and personal insurances.
  • You are responsible for the HR projects where training and further professionalization are of great importance.

G.I. Dynamics is a dynamic company in Nootdorp (near The Hague) focused on providing services in the bio/renewable and circular business with a collegiate and open working atmosphere. We are internationally oriented, especially foreign Managers and international clients and business partners. We develop projects from concept to operational production facilities on a technical/industrial, commercial and marketing level. 

G.I. Dynamics B.V. is involved in the development of 2 new Bio-Methanol factories in the Netherlands and will set up the projects and the associated organizations. These facilities are part of the wider GIDARA group of companies whereby GI Dynamics has a key role to create an operating organization. Recruitment of staff and development of the staff is a major task. And the development of the GI Dynamics team to serve the wider Group of companies in GIDARA and develop the successful operating organization in the mentioned Bio-Methanol factories.

We are a growing company with an informal atmosphere, short communication lines and with management who is accessible for your questions and comments. Over je profiel

As HR-manager:

  1. You have a training at hbo/Bachelor level with a good command of the English language.
  2. You have at least 5 years of work experience within an HR department, where payroll administration is part of.
  3. You have extensive knowledge of MS office and you are fully aware of the latest developments in your field.
  4. You work very accurately, you are result-oriented, flexible and development oriented (both professional and personal) and you are a hands-on type.
