Wat ga je doen?

The organization is large and complex with lean structures. Most portfolio companies have their own support structures, resulting in a smaller Global Functions population. This role requires strategic insight on program and HR project capability. For this dynamic environment we are looking for an experienced HR generalist who can thrive in ambiguous situations, communicate well across all levels in both English and Dutch. Is a team-player, mature with sensitive topics and has a can-do growth mindset. Acting as a solution provider and advisor for managers and employees to continually align with the business strategy, diagnose gaps between current and desired state and deploy solutions, involving, but not limited to the improvement of existing HR processes, automating wherever possible, working with the business to enhance current hiring practices, providing employee relations guidance, induction and onboarding for all new starters and shaping a compelling story to attract and retain key talent.

What are the role outputs and items to action?

  • Support and collaborate on Global HR initiatives and projects across the group, such as learning and development tools and engagement surveys.
  • Collaborate and lead delivery of diversity and inclusion programmes and initiatives.
  • Champion and enable effective cross-functional working relationships to create and drive an integrated HR employee experience.
  • Collaborate in building a continued reward philosophy and culture using existing Willis Towers Watson methodologies and other tools from the Global Compensation and Benefits teams, including equity, bonus planning and benefit plans.
  • Participate in headcount design and planning decisions together with the leadership team.
  • Cultivate a talent pipeline for the business’ future growth and ensure that internal talent is appropriately incubated and supported to advance within the organisation as it grows.
  • Serve as an employee advocate in the design and/or implementation of organisational and HR programmes.
  • Create a data-driven approach, analysing trends to better support the organization with core people decisions.
  • Ensure that the group is fully compliant with local labour laws and employee relations matters in all markets.
  • Run monthly HR Reporting (training, assessment, projects)

Over je profiel

Experience we believe would be contribute to succes:

  • Proven generalist experience in HR in a listed and / or multi-national company.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Passion for innovation, new tools and methods.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data driven approach to HR.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, partner across levels and navigate complexity.
  • Well organised, with strong influencing skills and an ability to establish and work to priorities.

Furthermore, you have a Master or Bachelor degree within HR of related field.
