Wat ga je doen?

Role and responsibilities

We are in the phase of delivering multiple development programs for our Leaders in ASML, to support them in their further development in a growing organization and complex environment. For a fluent and efficient process, we need support in coordinating a variety of activities, with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

The activities are:

  • Securing the planning for delivery.
  • Initiate nomination process per program.
  • Secure booking of external faculty, internal guest speakers and internal facilitators.
  • Ensure timely communication to participants and managers of participants.
  • Host kick-off sessions.
  • Connect with back-office to secure purchase orders, venues and registrations.
  • Maintain communication templates and content material per program.
  • Managing mailbox with all participants questions.
  • You will be part of the Sector People Development team for Operations, collaborating together with HR Line, Global and local People Development team and external suppliers.

Education and experience

You are a Bachelor or Master student in either Human Resources, Organizational studies or educational studies with strong affinity with People and Management Development.

Starter or couple of years of experience in HR or project role.

You have an interest in the area of HRM & People development. You have good communication skills and you are hands-on within an international, fast-paced setting context. You are fluent in English both in conversations and in writing. Additionally, you’re a conceptual thinker as well as analytical. Relevant experience in HR & Training is a plus.
