In this all-round HR role you will be providing HR guidance and support the team of the European headquarters of ICL group as a partner in business. Based at this office are teams of Legal, IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, European Marketing and Sales for Innovative Ag Solutions (IAS) business and part of the Industrial Products organization. You will drive the achievement of the business goals through workforce development.
As HR advisor, you are responsible to support and advise the management regarding the full Employee Life Cycle. You will consult them with suitable actions and advise them with your HR professionalism, policies and guidelines, ethics, uniformity, budget and legal aspects. Since this role is based in the European HQ, the management team you are supporting is senior and you are able to be a true business partner for them.
You will also be responsible for developing talent in the business with the annual HR processes, like onboarding and performance management. Off course you will be a counterpart for employees regarding their HR related questions. Another challenge will be to manage changes and implement organizational initiatives. Like any other big corporate that stay agile to support the business goals.
You will work together with all stakeholders globally and locally in the business and with the support of your HR colleagues from Total Rewards, Learning & Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, HRIS and HR Operations. Together you support the business! You will report to the HR Director Benelux & EU region.
