The following skills and experience are mandatory:
University degree (or equivalent experience) with five to seven years’ experience in HR Management, with experience in a multinational/international environment.
A demonstrated background in leading C&B, Global Mobility or Rewards programmes in an SME.
Knowledge of at least one European labour legislation.
Demonstrated ability to deal with all seniorities in an organization, including executives, business partners, line operators and peers.
Excellent business acumen.
Shown ability to deal with operational and transactional activities as Tier 2.
Self-starter, action, and result-oriented with the ability to function well independently, demonstrating ownership and self-sufficiency for project management and the achievement of agreed targets.
Able to demonstrate the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
Able to demonstrate the ability to lead as the change agent.
Ability to deliver the organization’s HR, talent, and business strategies.
Excellent analytical skills to understand areas of improvements and bring forward solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills to balance HR and Business Priorities.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills,
Hands on person with a “can do” and problem-solving attitude.
Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken.

Other experience working in international legislation.
Knowledge regarding international mobility (tax, social security, immigration).
Knowledge regarding international pensions.
Knowledge of any other EU languages
