Wat ga je doen?

The Manager of Human Resources maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices for an assigned region, site, or group of employees. S/he is responsible for ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and managers in a wide variety of people and business-related matters to cultivate a positive and engaging work environment to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. S/he may be responsible to lead a team of other HR and/or administrative professionals. The Human Resources Manager serves as a role model of behaviors rooted in core organizational values and an important champion for organizational change, culture, and strategy.

Over je profiel

The Regional Manager HR EMEA must be able to work well within an international environment. As a leader you have to be a strategic thinker, with a vision and good planning skills. You are able to inspire, mobilize, empower en develop others. A mixture of empathy, self-confidence and a pragmatic business focused approach to HR-matters will be required.

  • Bachelor or Universal degree in Personnel Management/Human Resources.
  • A minimum of five years experience in HR, including 1-3 years leadership experience.
  • An excellent command of English and Dutch is essential both spoken and written.
  • Data reporting and compensation/payroll oversight is a desired areas of experience.
  • Key-words are: problem solving & conflict resolution, change management, planning and organizing, coaching en mentoring.
  • Willingness to travel.


Over het aanbod

Salary: € 70,000.- + profit sharing (2-6% of annum).

Location: Alphen aan den Rijn

Working week: fulltime (40 hours).

Contract: definite period of time, with the intent to provide a contract for an indefinite period of time.
