For an IT company in transition we are looking for a HR-manager (Benelux and France).

Wat ga je doen?

As HR-manager you ensure that HR is part of the management culture and decision-making. You support the business and build leadership capability ensuring they have the skill and knowledge required to effectively lead teams to deliver company ambitions. You enable our people to focus on work that really matters linking your advice to our strategic goals. Your approach is clever and thought through, but also pragmatic, hands-on and connecting. This way, you guarantee a proper implementation of HR-programs, actions and policies such as organizational training, performance management, talent and career management. You monitor and drive employee engagement, are focused on building global cross functional relationships and comply with local governance.

Over de organisatie

In this role you are responsible for the overall implementation and execution of the HR-strategy in the Benelux and France region. You will have one HR-businesspartner in The Netherlands reporting to you and are responsible for managing the shared service center team in Poland. As HR-manager you will work from our offices in Utrecht (main focus), Belgium and France. We are transitioning into a true Cloud leader and are continuously improving and driving change across the business. Delivering an exceptional employee experience that drives retention and productivity. This means you will be challenging the status quo and driving a portfolio of coherent improvements.

Over je profiel

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology or other relevant area.
  • Experience in a similar senior HR-position, preferably in an IT or software company. 
  • Experience in works council processes and you know your way around Dutch, Belgian and French labor law.
  • Experience in implementing and improving HR-processes such as onboarding, organizational transformation and design, performance management and talent management.
  • Experience in change management / culture change, with successful results.
  • You are sensitive to cultural differences because of your experience in an international orientated organization.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in Dutch, French and English.
