As HR Manager Netherlands, you are the driving force behind building, structuring and professionalising HR across multiple entities in the Netherlands and Belgium (approx. 120 employees). This is a hands-on builder role in a scale-up environment. There is limited existing structure, giving you the opportunity to truly put HR on the map. You operate across strategic, tactical and operational levels and work closely with Managing Directors, the HR Director and the Works Council.

Responsible for o.a. : HR Leadership & Strategic Partnering, HR operations & compliance, Country-Level HR projects, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Translating global HR strategy into local, actionable HR priorities.
- Supporting and advising managing directors and entity-level HR teams.
- Integration new acquisitions and standardizing HR processess where none exist.
- Ensuring legal compliance, employee relations excellence and consistent implementation of HR frameworks.
- Leading country-level HR programs and coordinating HR activity across multiple business units.
- Acting as the primary HR escalations point for all Dutch entities.
