Interim onboarding project support manager

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining onboarding solutions and supporting global projects that contribute to an excellent onboarding experience at ASML. With a workforce that has doubled in size in the past years, providing new hires with the best possible experience has become critical in enabling the ASML growth ambition.

De functie

This role is part of the global Talent Acquisition (TA) Innovation and Solutions team. In this role, you are responsible for managing global onboarding initiatives in sustain phase. Next to this, you will be supporting several new onboarding projects.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Connect and align with the global onboarding sustain community and support any changes and/or upgrades to existing onboarding solutions

  • Ensure our onboarding solutions are up to date following our yearly onboarding calendar

  • Support global onboarding projects by participating as project member or project support officer

This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave (April – December) for a minimum of 32 hours/week. The maximum hourly tariff is €80,- all in (incl. travel expenses, excl. VAT).

Je profiel
  • You have a BSc or MSc degree in the field of HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology (or similar) and you have 5+ years of experience within HR, preferably in projects or as a project manager.

  • You have experience working in a complex matrix organization that operates on a global scale.
