The senior HR officer is responsible for Human Resource administration activities, including but not limited to, on-boarding, absence management, payroll data entry and performance management administration for the Dutch sites. It is a position with a great diversity of tasks and with specialisation on absence and thickness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate and timely responses to employee and managers regarding local HR policies, HR life cycle processes and Workday system questions or issues.
- Key responsible for thickness and absenteeism guidance
- Completing pre on-boarding and off-boarding activities in ADP payroll system.
- Contributing to key HR initiatives and projects, such as updating the employee manual.
- Preparing payroll data for monthly entry and liaising with the finance team.
In this role you work closely with a colleaque HR officer and will report directly to the Country HR Lead.
