Wat ga je doen?

As a Senior Talent Acquisiton Manager at Genmab you will be responsible for direction and strategy of the new recruitment department. Together with your team you will recruit new top talents for the Netherlands site,  so it will grow approximately 20%. You will collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team and take part in global recruitments and projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being a point of contact for the Global TA Lead regarding global initiatives, programs, and processes and for the Hiring Managers including TA requests for your client group (which mainly will be Research).
  • Driving the end to end recruitment process: intakes with Hiring Managers, job postings, sourcing, phone screenings, interviewing, assessment feedback sessions, offer negotiations, and WorkDay transactions.
  • And furthermore: setting up agreements with agencies, building talent pools, identify and join job fairs and career conferences, contact with universities and roll out of global initiatives.

During Covid 19 the Senior Recruiter will mainly operate from home and maybe sometimes from the Head Quarters in Utrecht. In this role you work closely with the new to be insourced recruitment team and will report to the Manager HR in the Netherlands.

Over je profiel

It challenges you to work in a fast paced environment (in which a lot of new products will be launched), prioritise workloads and manage multiple requests and relationships internally and externally.

Furthermore, you have:

  • A Master or Bachelor degree within HR or related field.At least more than ten years of gained work experience, and several years within the pharmaceutical sector (requirement); (agency experience within the pharmaceutical field is also an option).
  • You are fluent in English both orally and written. Dutch is preferable, or at least you know about the Dutch labour market and its laws and regulations.
  • Experience in working in an international company, with understanding of multicultural issues and a matrix management structure.

Over het aanbod

Next to a competitive salary (salary range € 55.000 - € 73.000 per year, salary is for 12,96 months, including a 8% holiday allowance), Genmab offers you:

  • An employment agreement contract for one year (with intention of indefinite term), with a working week of 40 hours (32 of 36 to be discussed).
  • A bonus of 12,5%, equity 32%, 26 holidays and a ABP pension plan (2/3 of the total premium is paid by Genmab).
  • A travel allowance (full reimbursement of commuting costs), collective health insurance, a laptop and smartphone.
