This might be the role for you! For Genmab in Utrecht (The Netherlands) Compagnon is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Wat ga je doen?

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Genmab you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of high volume recruitment (and other HR related) activities for the Netherlands site. You will service the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contact with Hiring Managers, candidates and other stakeholders to schedule interviews, arrange candidate travels and accommodations (where applicable).
  • Transactions in the ATS system Workday, sharing the Genmab Onboarding app with potential candidates, and assist with employment contract generation.
  • And furthermore: all upcoming administrative tasks related to Recruitment, Onboarding and HR processes.

During Covid 19 the Recruitment Coordinator will mainly operate from home and maybe sometimes from the Head Quarters in Utrecht. In this role you work closely with the new to be insourced recruitment team and will report to the Manager HR in the Netherlands.

Over je profiel

It challenges you to work in a fast paced environment (in which a lot of new products will be launched), prioritise workloads and manage multiple requests and relationships internally and externally.
Furthermore, you have:

  • A degree within HR or related field.
  • At least a few years of gained administrative work experience.
  • Or you are an agency recruiter who wants to make the switch to corporate.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English both orally and written.
  • It would be a pre if you have experience using WorkDay as an ATS (applicant tracking system).

Over het aanbod

Next to a competitive salary (salary range € 30.000 - € 49.000 per year, salary is for 12,96 months, including a 8% holiday allowance), Genmab offers you:

  • An employment agreement contract for one year (with intention of indefinite term), with a working week of 40 hours (32 of 36 to be discussed).
  • A bonus of 8%, equity 16%, 26 holidays and a ABP pension plan (2/3 of the total premium is paid by Genmab).
  • A travel allowance (full reimbursement of commuting costs), collective health insurance, a laptop and smartphone.
