In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, and initiate informal and formal interviews to engage with talent. Together with your hiring managers, Sector TA advisor(s), campus & internship recruitment, Labor Market Communications, HR line and the Talent Engagement team you make sure we have a winning strategy on the critical competence you focus on! 

Role and responsibilities

  • Research and map out talent networks within a specific critical high-tech competency domain.  
  • Collect and develop labor market intelligence to determine TA sourcing strategy. 
  • Promote the ASML employee value proposition both online and offline.  
  • Attract, engage and connect with potential candidates via multiple (online) channels. 
  • Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.  
  • Conduct pre-screens, interviews and guide candidates to an offer.
  • Develop networks and become the go-to person in the labor market for talent within a specific competency domain.

Over het aanbod

It is a temporary position at ASML. The position Interim Talent Sourcer is for 12 months and based on assisgment of personnel. The salary depends on experience. 

1-3 days working in the office, located in Veldhoven.
