Wat ga je doen?

Your main focus will be to drive and support all Total Reward activities in Europe. ICL Group is very detailed in her actions when it comes to compensation and benefits. So, if you are ready to dive into excel to support projects like the annual merit and bonus cycle or have a look at local incentive plans. Maybe once you analyzed you come up with an idea how to improve benefits in a specific country or stay ahead of the markets then we are looking for you.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Support/implement global compensation programs/processes and the Global Job Architecture by conducting Job Evaluations for new and existing roles.
  • Perform country-specific market reviews and benchmarks.
  • In partnership with the Global Reward team, drive the annual merit/bonus cycle for Europe.
  • Manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders and all annual data submissions to survey providers.
  • Be the first point of contact for Regional and Country HR teams on any Reward matters.
  • Support HR colleagues and the business when it comes to talent retention, acquisition and Union/Works council activities.

The Total Rewards Analyst will report to the European Total Rewards Manager and is part of the global Total Rewards Team. Based out of our Amsterdam office you are also in close contact with your local HR colleagues of from Learning & Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, HR advisors and HR Operations. Together we support the business!

Over je profiel

We are looking for someone with Compensation and Benefits knowledge and background. As mentioned, data-analytics is an important skill in this role and so is working with excel (V-lookups and pivot tables are no issue for you). You pair this analytics skill with the ability to manage complex data and trends into key insights and recommendations. You have experience with Rewards practices preferably in Europe.

In addition, it would be great if you bring the following experience:

  • Knowledge in compensation benchmarking, survey sources and applications.
  • Knowledge of HR systems (Success Factors is desirable).
  • Experience in Job Evaluation (Hay, Mercer, WTW).
  • Excellent knowledge (verbally and in writing) of the Dutch and English language.
  • Any additional languages German, Spanish are an advantage.

Over het aanbod

Next to a competitive salary (salary range € 55,000 - € 75,000 per year, salary is for 12,96 months, including a 8% holiday allowance and bonus), ICL offers you:

  • An employment agreement contract for one year (with intention of indefinite term), with a working week of 40 hours (32 or 36 to be discussed).
