The junior Analyst will ensure an generalist role within the team, supporting specifically:

  • Processing organizational changes and overall monitoring of the process.
  • Maintain, monitor and improve HR-system access set up.
  • General HR-system support.
  • Routine maintenance tasks related to all HR-systems.
  • Handle tickets related to Workday functionality and issues.
  • New developments.
  • Support/back up colleagues during peak moments in various HR-processes (performance, compensation, reorganizations).
  • Support key users with internal improvement initiatives and cross sector projects, both system as well as change management related.

Over je profiel

Minimum hbo/Bachelor degree, HR or IT is a welcome plus. Experience/knowledge:

  • Some (1-3 years) working experience, in the field of HRIS (other IT) in an international environment is a plus.
  • Experienced in working in a service oriented organization.
  • Experience or clear interest in Information Technology.
  • Knowledge of handling (HR) data and preferably HR processes.
  • Knowledge of excel (e.g. lookup formulas, pivot tables…) and overall good familiarity / learning agility with systems.
  • You live in the Netherlands

Over het aanbod

It is a temporary position at ASML. The position Interim HR-analyst HRIS is for 18 months and based on assisgment of personnel. The salary depends on experience (€2500 - €4000,-).
