Wat ga je doen?

The HR Operations Team Lead is, together with the team, responsible for the correct and optimal implementation of the operational HR tasks and HR administration, providing information to employees and management regarding HR policies including its practical implementation in all countries Robeco is active. 

In addition, you independently identify bottlenecks within the department and you proactively come up with and implement improvement proposals. An important part of your job is to make sure that all operational HR processes are effectively managed by the HR Servicedesk by coordinating tasks when necessary and keeping track of the progress of tasks, implementing improvements in the MyWorkday system together with the team and you are also responsible for the day to day management of the team members 6 colleagues. Important competencies in this position include accuracy, good digital skills, assertiveness, planning & organizing and strong communication skills.

Over de organisatie

The Global HR department consists of 5 teams: the HR Service Desk, HR Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Learning & Development and HR Advisory.

The HR Service Desk is the first point of contact for managers and employees for assistance with HR related questions and requests based on the information available on Global HR and MyWorkday. In addition, the HR Service Desk is responsible for correct and reliable HR information in the HR system and an efficient organization and implementation of operational HR processes including, and not limited to, recruitment and onboarding, outflow, global mobility, the performance management cycle and various changes with regard to the employment agreement with employees.

The services of the HR Service Desk are expanded to Robeco's international offices and the aim is that the HR Service Desk will serve these offices as much as possible, enabling HR processes to be internationally aligned and governed.

The HR Service Desk plays an important and central role within the HR department, working closely with the various disciplines within HR (Advisory, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) and with various (international) stakeholders in and outside the organization.

Over je profiel

Requirements:

  • Hbo+ educational background.
  • Several years of experience in a broad, international, dynamic and administrative position preferably within an HR shared service center.
  • Managerial experience.
  • You work accurate, place high demands on the quality of products and services and you are looking for a demanding environment where you can learn a lot.
  • You have good communication skills, you enjoy working together in a team and you have excellent problem solving skills.
  • Excellent English and Dutch speaking and writing skills are required.
