The Global HR department consists of 5 teams: the HR Service Desk, HR Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Learning & Development and HR Advisory.
The HR Service Desk is the first point of contact for managers and employees for assistance with HR related questions and requests based on the information available on Global HR and MyWorkday. In addition, the HR Service Desk is responsible for correct and reliable HR information in the HR system and an efficient organization and implementation of operational HR processes including, and not limited to, recruitment and onboarding, outflow, global mobility, the performance management cycle and various changes with regard to the employment agreement with employees.
The services of the HR Service Desk are expanded to Robeco's international offices and the aim is that the HR Service Desk will serve these offices as much as possible, enabling HR processes to be internationally aligned and governed.
The HR Service Desk plays an important and central role within the HR department, working closely with the various disciplines within HR (Advisory, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) and with various (international) stakeholders in and outside the organization.
