De functie

As the HR Coordinator for the Netherlands, your role is broad and touches all HR areas. You will be accountable for the HR basics as well as being involved in HR projects. Together with the HR Manager & HR Director you will be responsible for delivery and continuous improvement of the full range of HR topics to the Dutch team and the HR Corporate teams in Paris.

Within this small team, and reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for all basic HR-related questions from employees and managers;
  • The HR & Payroll Administration and its related correspondence and internal communication, including expats and international commuters
  • Internal HR Communication;
  • Ensuring that all internal HRIS systems (Workday, Cornerstone, Talent soft ) and external portals with HR data are up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation;
  • Coordinating and supporting recruitment activities at universities as well as working with recruitment agencies;
  • Coordination of onboarding the new employees;
  • Involvement in national and international 2019 HR projects such as implementation of the URW Company values, talent and performance management, solidarity events within the Better Places 2030 program, our diversity program, and health & vitality activities.

Het profiel

We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant work experience (>2 years) within HR policies, labor law, HR & Payroll administration and recruitment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Dutch and English and confident in dealing with internal and external and international stakeholders;
  • You work easily with Excel and HRIS/IT systems;
  • You are a quick learner, execution oriented and able dealing with and enjoy working with the broad range of HR topics;
  • You are curious by nature, open and service minded, focused by detail and delivery until projects are finished and organized;
  • You enjoy both working independently as well as being a strong team player.
