De functie

Our client is looking for a flexible stand alone HR Advisor who is interested in an international challenge and has the potential to grow with the organizations goals. You have a lot of freedom, you are the contact person for everyone. The purpose of this role is to organize, advise an execute all HR issues ( hire & fire, performance management, evaluations, assessments, bonus, salary, review and best practices) You have a part-time administrative assistant.

  • Provides advice and support on HR in a international environment (main coverage for The Netherlands, DACH, UK and USA)
  • Develops HR policies and tools. Initiates new initiatives on HR components for adjusting or improving set organization goals. Overlook the playing field, signaling opportunities for improvement and directing processes
  • Advises and supports executives regarding the implementation of HR policy. Encourages and supports executives in implementing new policies and changes. Works as a sparring partner and contact point for issues managers have with their employees
  • Carries out a coordinating and / or advisory role in HR projects. And does HR in organization represent broad projects
  • Keeping up to date with relevant internal and external developments that affect HR within the organization. Indicates opportunities and chances to respond to it and initiates actions
  • Responsible for the recruitment & selection policy and the implementation of this. You have contacts with recruitment agencies in several countries and make sure that they are looking for the right candidates
  • You are responsible for the onboarding of new employees and to coordinate with all departments this process
  • You work together with HR administration in Enschede. You are a team to make sure that every employee gets their right salary at the right time
  • Responsible for contact with the company doctor. Support executives to manage their employees on sick leave. The HR administration will do the administrative part of the sick leave policy
Het profiel
  • HBO / WO work and thinking level and a working experience in HR for at least 5 years
  • You have contacts with colleagues in the Netherlands and abroad. Writing and speaking in English must be fluent
  • You have contacts with recruitment agencies in several countries. Therefor you must be prepared to travel to abroad
  • You understand the Software company background
  • A self-starter, you work for most of the time on your own. Of course, you work together with HR administration
  • Someone who is hands-on, you can think about strategic issues, but you will also do operational stuff
  • A result driven person, with a high-quality level
  • You are an active person, proactive, curious and open to change
