Wat ga je doen?

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for Human Resource administration activities, including but not limited to, on-boarding, absence management, payroll data entry and performance management administration for the Dutch sites. It is a position with a great diversity of tasks and your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely responses to employee and managers regarding local HR policies, HR life cycle processes and Workday system questions or issues.
  • Completing pre on-boarding and off-boarding activities in ADP payroll system.
  • Contributing to key HR initiatives and projects, such as updating the employee manual.
  • Preparing payroll data for monthly entry and liaising with the finance team.

During Covid 19 the HR operational specialist will mainly operate from home and maybe sometimes from the Head Quarters in Utrecht. In this role you work closely with a colleaque HR operation specialist and will report directly to the Country HR Lead.

Over je profiel

It challenges you to work in a fast paced environment (in which a lot of new products will be launched), prioritise workloads and manage multiple requests and relationships internally and externally.

Furthermore, you have:

  • A degree within HR or related field.
  • At least 5 years of gained (HR) administrative work experience.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch labor law, health & safety legislation, knowledge of migrant regulation (IND) and payroll (30% ruling).
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English both orally and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and preferably you have experience using Workday and Payroll system ADP.

Over het aanbod

Next to a competitive salary (salary range € 42.500 - € 56.300 per year, salary is for 12,96 months, including a 8% holiday allowance), Genmab offers you:

  • An employment agreement contract for one year (with intention of indefinite term), with a working week of 40 hours (36 to be discussed).
  • A bonus of 8%, equity 16%, 26 holidays and a ABP pension plan (2/3 of the total premium is paid by Genmab).
  • A travel allowance (full reimbursement of commuting costs), collective health insurance, a laptop and smartphone.
